Know what I want for my birthday?

Well apart from uninterrupted sleep, a shoebox full of twenties and a magical spell to restore my youth. Apart from those, which sadly I do not stand a good chance of getting anytime soon, I'd love some comments. Specifically, I want to meet anyone who has been lurking. I'd like to know who you are and how you found me, because I am sincerely flattered that you keep coming back.
And if you can figure out a way to give me back the boobs I had in my 20s, I'd appreciate that too.

I think the boobs could be restored surgically, but that last time I saw you they looked pretty good the way they are!

Hope you have a fun day.

You already know who I am, but I'll give you a comment anyway...I LOVE reading your blog! You are a fabulous writer and the stories you tell are so relatable (is that a word?) to my own crazy life.

I'm a lurker. ::sorry:: I don't remember how I found your blog, I just did and kept coming around to lurk. Anyway. I've been told that 30 is the new twenty, which makes you REALLY only 28. When I was shoved face first into my thirties I freaked out. Because I just wasn't ready for it. Almost 4 years in, and I still am just NOT ready for it. So, here I am. Delurking.

Happy Birthday!

Hi, I'm Lynda--52 y/o care provider for families with members of all ages: "newborns to seniors, plants and pets". I live in the SF Bay Area after 30 years in South Florida, east, west, and keys coasts; (wishing I had moved here at 15 instead, oh well). My spouse of 25 years and I have a 542 sq ft home in the west Richmond area near Miller Knox State Park with glorious views of Bays, Bridges, Hills, Mountains, Beaches, Cable cars and BART!! Snow is only a few hours from us, should we choose to go look at it...

I must have been "blogroll-ed" to you from one of my early reads (maybe Pioneer Woman?) and I enjoy your style and sense of "momness" in relation to the rest of your life. Your sons crack me up and your husband sounds like he's a winner too. Good for you and your family. Successful relationships inspire me to do my best with Ormond and our kids, now grown and out of the house, and you're on that list.

Thanks, you are good at what you do.

Howdy,

I'm one of your cousins in Texas. I think last time I saw you, you were a fairly small puppy yourself. Your mom sent me to your adventures. If you ever get back to visit I promise you a shoe box full of twenties. Just realize it may be a very small shoe size. Happy birthday!

I don't exactly lurk, I occasionally pop my head in (I do my blog reading on the weekends.) I have no idea when/ where I found you otherwise I'd be happy to share.

Hope you had a very lovely birthday!

Thanks everyone! I'm grinning from ear to ear. And Don, you have solved one of my longstanding mysteries, "Who is reading my blog in Texas?" My husband would probably be very interested in your BBQ blog since he is a big fan of the stuff. I'll have him check it out.

I remember just how I found you. I googled Max and Ruby and your blog came back in the results. Needless to say your blog was a much better find than the M&R cake ideas. I was laughing out loud while I read your post, so I had to read it my husband and son. I spent the rest of the afternoon reading all your posts and drinking coffee.

Happy Birthday. Enjoy 38, at least your not 39 and on the verge of getting a van that you swore you would NEVER buy(shudder).
